The bunkers on either side of the green has depth, but is not as difficult as it may seem for pro golfers. There is a ridge at the middle of the green with gentle slopes leading down to both sides. If the pin is positioned deep right, it is better to approach with a fade ball whereas if positioned left, the ideal approach would be made with either a straight ball or a draw ball. So, the choice of clubs could vastly differ by the positioning. There are of course other considerations such as wind velocity and depth of the pin position, but the natural choice of clubs for this hole would be between 4 and 7-iron.
